Status reportFirst of all I am glad to be back!
The outpouring of support, well-wishes and kind words made my time away a lot more tolerable. This is a personal "personal thank you" for everyone who pitched in to spread the word I had been suspended and where else (outside of DA) they could contact me. In fact the overt show of support seemed to be the pivotal factor in changing my permanent ban to a 2-week suspension.
Would have been nice for the suspension to be "2-weeks minus 6 days for time already served as a ban", but I was not going to be picky because I seemed to be treading on pretty shaky grounds with regards to their reasoning to why I was being immediately banned and not just suspended.
I am referring to the revelation that they turned down my ban appeal because of "my previous multiple suspensions" - suspensions that never occurred! (WTF!) Once I brought this to their attention, things happened behind the scenes pretty quickly and within an hour some button was pushed and my
Watcher's Feature #12It's been a while since I did this @__@;;~ Sorry for the delay ~
It takes me a while to put these together, so if you commented on my other journal to be featured, please take a look at everyone else's work too. After all, it's only fair that way and if you don't, it's just a little selfish and your conscience will bug you . So yah, share the love, guys! Faving this journal might help
These are ordered first come first serve style; I will be showing around 50 pieces at one time (I still have a lot to go through and it adds up every time i put up a feature journal), and be featuring once a week as to not clog up your message boxes. It'll probably take ....a few months, so please be patient!

CTENO PANTIES NOW ON SALE!!!!Available at cafepress.com/slugbox for 13.99!
I decided to just go ahead with the one design I have! Why wait? They are Ladies' Boy Brief panties. Cteno is printed on the butt! They're available in three colors, and come in four sizes. There's a size chart on the site!
I'm also not taking a cut on these, and offering them as cheap as possible, with no markup or profit! I think having Cteno on cute girl butts will be payment enough. It's good advertising too!
Guys can buy them too, I guess. I won't judge what you think is comfortable! When I have time, I'll have a design for boxers too, but I don't think that's a reason to delay the panties any longer!
So get at 'em!!

Why I Draw Women OftenI recently got a message, and I will slightly reword it so as not to cause profane friction, nor will I state who it came from, but it read like this: "Why is everything you post regarding a woman? I think it's very sexist when the only thing you can draw are breasts and buttocks like it's the only thing in the world."
Okay, so by now, if you haven't been watching me for a good minute, you know that I really like to draw women, and I like portraying the female form, usually and often in a tasteful manner. I could hypothetically end that question there and just answer "I wasn't aware everything in my gallery was a woman or had breasts and a butt" and then post a picture or two of Rai Rivet... But I'm not going to do that. I'm going to explain my stance on drawing the female form and my adoration for it.
Disclaimer: None of these viewpoin
DO YOU KNOW THESE ARTISTS?It's been a while since i've shared some of my favorite deviants. Here's a list of talent that some of you may or may not be aware of that i've been drooling over lately. I love this place!
Check 'em out!:
:iconmonk-art: Fabian Schlaga. LEGEND. If you haven't heard of this guy, you're missing out!
:iconsaspy: Saspy's work is amazing. The female mega-talent from Italy shows no sign of slowing down with her bright and fun approaches to character design, expressions and energy.
:iconjoel27: Joel is currently my FAVORITE ARTIST on Deviantart. Just flip through his gallery and you might find yourself there all day.
:icontchokun: French Artist who worked on online games and flash shorts such as WAKFU is not to be missed. serious talent here
:iconrikkitikki: Rikkitikki's light hearted animation influence illustrations are something to fall in love with. He's got a detective concept he's been playing with that shows the main characters quite often and i usually fave when he draws th
Ramblings about 'internet fame'A lot of stuff has happened lately in life lately, and is has made me think about things, and about my perspective on it. One of those things, is the internet.
As some of you know, I'm a huge nerd. While as kid, I didn't had a computer at home, and I hated those damn machines because I wasn't able to work with them at all (so much fail T__T), I soon caught up when I got my first computer at age 14. And while most of my family expected me to end up as a hopeless internet addict, I soon started to learn myself how to program. The rest is history. With my 26th birthday, I also celebrated being a webprogrammer for 10 years already. Oh yeah, I'm getting old for sure.
The recent chain of events have caused me to think about the internet and it's role in life, however. When I first started out with art, I was only a little girl. Me, and both of my younger sisters, were all very creative. And we spend almost all of our time drawing at the kitchen table, while discussing about the characters we
Tumblr and facebook and me. Oh my!Yeah, I did it! I joined the ranks XD
deviantART is an amazing site, but it is it's own little bubble, many of my friends and family have never even heard of it! It's for artists so mostly artists join and look around. Thought I'd branch out a little and now I can share my artwork with non-artisans, and so can you!
Please feel free to share my art, re-blogs make me feel warm inside (both facebook and tumblr) as they show all of the people you know my art. There isn't a much higher accolade that that dA is still going to be my 'home' as I love this place. But having more leaves me free to upload WIPs and sketches and more things like that
I haven't quite figured out tumblr yet, like how people find my page other than through dA... I'll get the hang soon! XD
If you want to re-blog a specific piece of art from me, if you do to the piece on deviantART, t
I am moving (and offline for a while)I know it's been silent for a while.
I just got my first own house, and I'm currently in the process of moving there.
It's quite a mess at the moment. Moving boxes all over the place. There are a lot of things to take care of. And I don't even have a decent internet connection.
But in the end, I'm certainly looking forward to having my own place to work on my art and stuff.
So it's gonna take me a while until I'm up and running again.
In the meanwhile. Enjoy some epic music:
Update november 4th, 2013:
Well... I just got the key recently. So I can begin moving in. There's still a lot of stuff that I need to take care of. Buying machines, furniture, and that kind of stuff. But it's slowly moving forward. I'm expecting to be in my new house in a week or 2, or maybe 3. And I hope to have internet by then.
See you around~!
You're Not A PoetYou’re not a poet because of strung words
Together on row upon row again
Of blank verse or perhaps liberal rhyme.
‘Slam’ all you want, other poets wonder;
Your ignorance of couplets a blunder?
Yes! I speak harshly, but it’s no gross crime,
To point with honesty failed verse of thine.
No real poet discards upper case words;
Lets prose crawl on paper like listless worms.
You seek to free verse of those stern letters,
Sever away bleak capital fetters,
But it doesn’t sing of great speech sublime,
Rather, it sneaks of writing in spare time.
Wait! before you throw me in the icy Rhine;
It’s hard to put verse together in rhyme,
To make our dull words sound great all the time,
Hear them ring out loud, like a clear clock’s chime,
Heralding a poet’s summer prime.
Yet the sacred muses weep at your crime;
Your pentameter mangled thick like slime,
The subject not gilded in raiment fine;
Your bold ink font, crystal waters divine
Tastes bitter to the ton

Lilyas has dedicated herself to making our community a brighter place with her vibrant artwork and infectious enthusiasm for interacting with others in our community. It has certainly paid off, as many deviants flock to her page on a daily basis to let her know how much of an inspiration she is. We absolutely agree, and couldn't let all that hard work go without recognition, so it's with great pride that we bestow the Deviousness Award for March 2014, to ... Read More
